Paul is responsible for all aspects of the WEC Machining division. Paul spent the first 10 years of his career as a Designer before crossing the divide into manufacturing. He previously held senior manufacturing positions for leading Aerospace Corporations such as Lucas Aerospace and Meggitt plc before spending 6 years as Managing Director of the CML Group, an aircraft parts manufacturer. Putting his 20 years experience in manufacturing to good use, Paul has managed in a short period of time to expand the company to exciting new markets.

Jim served his time with Precision Engineers Ltd where he spent 11 years before moving on to different positions, ranging from production engineer to estimating for other engineering companies. Jim came back to Hi-Spec CNC as an estimator in July 2008, but his technical know-how and experience working for the company made him the ideal choice when the Production Manager position became available.

Alan benefits from 35 years experience working in engineering, mainly in sales positions. He has worked in the commercial vehicle industry for many years, helping in the development and launch of some very successful products such as the cantilever lifts. Alan joined Hi-Spec in February 2007 and spends most of his time on the road promoting the company's range of tail lifts and ramps for front-line ambulances and commercial vans, as well as looking after the sales of our subcontract machining capacity.

Claire benefits from over 15 years overlooking the general admin and accounts of Hi-Spec CNC and as such she's a mine of knowledge for all matters regarding the company.
She joined Precision Engineers Ltd in October 1996 and has since been looking after all aspects of the general admin, from order processing and invoicing, to customer liaison.

Andy is one of the company's longest serving employees. He joined Hi-Spec in August 1995 and he hasn't managed to get away since!
Andy is a time-served engineer who started his career in engineering spending 18 months on the shopfloor before stepping up to the drawing office. He has now been working as an engineering technician for 20 + years. At Hi-Spec, Andy looks after the planning of sheet metal parts, stock control and purchase requisition.

Bill served in Her Majesty's forces in Europe, Germany, England and Northern Ireland before starting to study engineering on Government courses. Bill worked for different local engineering companies before starting at Nutter Aircrafts as a capstan setter in 1984. He held this position for three years before stepping up to quality control when he became deputy chief inspector and then deputy quality Manager, a position he has held for 26 years before becoming the Quality Manager of the WEC Machining division.

Frank started as a Setter at Grau Ltd producing slack adjusters and air brake cylinders for truck trailers. He joined Barden Engineering making components for the oil and gas, security and agricultural industries and became a Director in 1996, running all aspects of the company for 14 years before leaving to join Nutter Aircrafts.

Gino started his career in engineering working at Royal Ordnance, Blackburn as a gauge and tool maker before joining Meltech Engineering, a producer of bespoke machinery.
Gino joined Nutter Aircrafts in 1994 and has worked his way up to his current position.

Paul is a time served engineer having spent ten years working at Kirkstall Gears in Burnley from 1981-1991. Paul moved to Blackburn to join a new start-up, Millwood, a sub-contract engineers as a setter/turner and later became foreman then work's manager.
His next role was at Standish Engineering where he spent fours years as Chief Inspector. He joined Nutter Aircrafts in 1995 to start-up and manage the weekend shift.
