Operating from a 33,000 sq. ft. facility, WEC Machining Ltd provide the highest quality CNC turning services for customers across the UK and overseas.
Our state-of-the-art CNC lathes with both driven tooling and sub-spindle options enable us to provide a turning capacity of up to 3.8 metres in length and 950mm diameter. Following continuous investments in industry leading technology, we are able to provide our customers with quick quotation and turnaround times for precision turned parts and quality machined components.Our 5 axis CNC Mill Turn Centre also has the capability to machine complex parts in one hit, keeping programming and downtime to a minimum.
As part of our commitment to quality, we are Aerospace AS 9100 accredited for CNC & conventional machining, turning, milling and for minor assemblies including inserts, bushes and bearings.
Thanks to recent investments, we now also offer sliding head turning to manufacture large batches of turned part components.
