WEC Group is set to launch its revamped workshop machinery division at MACH 2016 from 11-15 April.
Clarendon by WEC (previously known as Hi-Spec Machinery) is a UK manufacturer of heavy duty abrasive machinery for workshops and educational organisations including grinders, belt sanders, brushers/polishers, dust extractors and metalworking bench presses.
In addition, Clarendon by WEC is the exclusive manufacturer of the renowned Clarendon presses. Designed to provide an efficient method of pressing and punching, they are ideal for pressing bushes, bearings and general light press work.
The division has been restored as a way of breathing new life into our existing range of conventional workshop machinery "Made in the UK". WEC Machining will be showcasing Clarendon by WEC products on stand 4590b at NEC, Birmingham 11 - 15 April 2016.
This will be our first appearance at MACH for 12 years after being a regular exhibitor in the past.
Steve Fitzpatrick, CEO of WEC Machining said: "The Clarendon brand is something we are very proud of here at WEC.
"The range of precision workshop equipment is used by education authorities across the UK, which is a testament to its safety and durability."
With over 30 years' experience in manufacturing machinery, Clarendon by WEC has built up a solid reputation amongst the leading manufacturers of workshop machinery.
The range has been marketed under a number of names in the past, initially as the Rishton Machines range and later renamed Hi-Spec Machinery in 2007.
We currently supply our range of machinery to MoD workshops, general engineering workshops, petro chemical industries, wood working machinists, schools and universities to name but a few.
