Thanks to ongoing investments in the latest 2, 3, 4 and 5 axis Mazak machines, Nutter Aircrafts - Precision Engineering have managed to thrive and grow during the downturn, making it the perfect match for forward thinking local engineering company WEC Group Ltd.
WEC Group acquired the Blackburn-based precision engineering company back in April 2010 to add capacity and capability to its existing machining division. Nutter Aircrafts Ltd was established in 1939 and has grown under its current management to be a leading supplier of high quality precision machined parts to a wide variety of industries.
Nutter Aircrafts Ltd will continue to be run by its existing management team who will ensure that the change of ownership is totally seamless to all customers.

Operating 3 shifts on a 24/7 basis, Nutter Aircrafts have expertise manufacturing smaller and tightly toleranced components in a wide range of materials including exotic alloys and titanium.
